Sales Executive – Sustainability Consulting

We are a consulting firm specializing in sustainability services for companies in Indonesia and the region. Our services include Sustainability Reporting (GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc.), Sustainable finance readiness, advisory and audit, Sustainability strategy and governance development, Framework development and alignment, Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive(CSDDD), Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) and more.

We work with public listed companies and industry leaders to accelerate their sustainability journey while ensuring compliance with international and national standards.

The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive with strong networks in Indonesia’s public listed sector. The role requires a go-getter attitude, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities in sustainability consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients within the public listed sector in Indonesia.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with executives, sustainability managers, and board members.
• Drive sales of sustainability consulting services including reporting, compliance, and strategy advisory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to align client needs with service offerings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong network and access to decision-makers in public listed companies in Indonesia.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or sustainability-related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written).
