Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the marina’s operational goals and overall business strategy.
  • Lead the HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff training and development, retention, and separation processes.
  • Oversee manpower planning: forecast staffing needs, organize transfers, promotions, internal mobility, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety (K3), environmental regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design, maintain, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Implement training and professional development programs to improve staff skills (technical, safety, English, customer service) and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, engagement), prepare and present HR reports to management.
  • Handle employee relations matters: grievances, disciplinary action, performance improvement plans, conflict resolution.
  • Oversee HR administrative operations: employee records, contracts, payroll, leave management, compliance reporting.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, communication between staff and management, and support cross‐department collaboration.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related field, with proven leadership in managing large-scale or blue-collar operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or other relevant discipline.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of the Balinese manpower landscape and local employment regulations.
  • Extensive experience in blue-collar industries, including direct involvement in operational high-risk environments and multi-shift (24/7, 365 days) operations.
  • Experienced in coordinating with the Ministry of Manpower and other government authorities.
  • People-centric approach — able to build relationships across all levels, host townhalls, and address sensitive staff and union issues effectively.
  • Strong capability in documentation and compliance management: contracts, BPJS, manpower registration, and audits.
  • Skilled in disciplinary handling for blue-collar staff, maintaining compliance while resolving issues diplomatically.
  • Proven experience in organizing and supervising multiple training programs, particularly K3 (Health & Safety).
  • Familiar with random manpower inspections and audits, ensuring company compliance and readiness at all times.
