Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Marina Guest & Vessel Relations Officer to manage berth reservations, handle guest communication, and ensure accurate vessel documentation in compliance with marina and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage berth bookings and maintain the reservation system.
Communicate with guests, captains, and agents via WhatsApp, email, phone, and CRM.
Coordinate pre-arrival instructions, check-in documents, and concierge support.
Collect, verify, and organize vessel and passenger documentation.
Coordinate with Dock Operations, Nautical Agency, and internal departments.
Prepare daily shift reports and support billing accuracy.

Syarat & Kualifikasi

3–5 years of experience in luxury hotels or airline reservations.
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient with CRM/reservation systems or ERP.
Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Strong experience in reservations, guest coordination, or documentation processes.
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
